Swm: US win women's Olympics 4x200m freestyle relay

ATHENS, Aug 18 AFP - The United States have won the women's Olympics 4x200m freestyle
relay gold in a new world record of 7min 53.42sec.

Natalie Coughlin, Carly Piper, Dana Vollmer and Caitlin Sandeno clocked 7 minutes 53.42
seconds, bettering the mark of 7:55.47 seconds an East German team swum on August 18,
1987 in Strasbourg.

China got silver with 7:55.97 and Germany took bronze in 7:57.35 minutes.
