Japanese carrier JAL on Wednesday said it has chosen to introduce the port city of Yokohama for the month of February 2012 under its Japan Project Initiative

The Japan Project is an initiative by the carrier to promote tourism to and within Japan which each month since May 2011 has selected a region to spotlight. To date the carrier has highlighted nine regions including Okinawa, Wakayama, Nagasaki and Hokkaido.
